Report on trial proceedings which took place in Diyarbakir on 13 February 1995. Report on the trial of seven people charged with publishing a human rights report and PKK membership. Argues that the EU nations should put pressure on Turkey to drop the charges and take into account Turkey's human rights abuses in the context of any customs union between the EU and Turkey.
