Examines the issues surrounding the case of an individual with dual Italian and Argentinian nationality. The issue of dual nationality is ambiguous under Community law. In this case Mr Micheletti was denied a residence permit from the Spanish government because - under Spanish law - he was deemed a non-EC citizen.
